    LUI marco i know how u feel i had this day today im going to play some PS3 games and relax the gym was not good i decided to do a lighter weight I feel like punnishing myself for the bad workout I dont know why I am so upset with myself

    i had a bad today I really had a bad day in the gym dont know why I can do dumbbell bench press flat 32 kg 6-10 today i could only do 30 kg for 6-8 I just managed that even on incline dumbbell press i can do 32 kg 6-8 and today i barely managed 4-6 reps

    @fabhjqg sure is right. It was my sad days when i used to work out hard for hours and not getting muscles at all. But I must say I credit all of the 30 pounds of ripped mass I have put on since 1 video series it changed my life.     Sometimes I think that bodybuilding should not be competitive, because that creates pressure to use drugs. Bodybuilding should be a private, personal challenge to test your strength, discipline, and patience to become the best you. And, when you finally get old and weaker, you can still look back and be proud that you did not waste the body that you were given.
